I help you to become your best version, ever.
You are here for a reason. Maybe it is a feeling that the time is now, because now is all you and I have, to make a change, to gain your health freedom. Maybe this will be a BIG change. Maybe this feeling of urgency is being driven by your “intuition”, and maybe a part of it is driven by fear. Its ok. When I started my major transformation in 2008, fear was a factor that helped to drive me, but it is the management of this fear that is key. IÂ listen to my intuition 100%, EVERY time, and my life is so nice because of this, because my intuition is 100% accurate.
Making choices, especially big ones, can be scary, which is why I have taken the time to put my full passion and breadth/ depth of knowledge into my course offerings. These are broken into “bite sized” pieces, so you can pick and choose just the ones you want, or go for the full course. Each portion of the course is labelled as beginner, intermediate, advanced.
