What is dry fasting? Dry fasting is what it sounds like, no drinks, and no food, no ingestion at all. That is considered a “soft dry fast”. A “hard dry fast” is a fast where you do not even have water contact.
There is so much more misinformation “out there” regarding dry fasting, and I have compiled the most non-BS, accurate information regarding this topic. I practice “dry fasting” as a lifestyle, while being athletic, and do intense workouts in this state. My life literally depends on me knowing what I am presenting to you here in this course.
